The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit www.tricare.mil/shutdown

Health Services

Student Clinic

We help keep our student population healthy and in class in order to continue training.

Sick Call

Sick call is ideally used for acute medical issues that need to be addressed same day. We also offer scheduled appointments daily in order to address and care for more long term or recurrent medical conditions.

Sick Call Procedures

Upon arrival to sick call, the patient will be triaged at the front desk to assess the acuity and severity of the medical issue, and will be seen same day if needed.

Appropriate triaging will also allow member to be scheduled for a later appointment if this is the best management for the condition.

Additional Services

Every Tuesday and Thursday, we also provide overseas clearances, by appointment, for students that will move to an overseas assignment.

On Friday, we provide initial Army ranger and WASP physicals by appointment.

As a benefit to our instructor population, we also service acute medical complaints, but only in our morning sick call timeframe.
